Debra has happily been a National Account Representative at CSSI® since 2018. The most rewarding part of Debra’s day is knowing people are keeping more of their money than they would have without her.

Debra has facilitated cost segregation studies on many building types and sizes for owners nationwide in many industries. She is “hands-on” during the entire process and emphasizes the importance of engineering-based cost segregation. In addition, she carefully reviews each client’s situation to assure that other tax-saving opportunities are evaluated for additional potential savings.

Debra is the proud mom to three beautiful daughters and “Nonna” to 11 grandchildren whom she loves dearly! She enjoys dancing, musicals, golfing, hiking, tennis, cooking, a good book, comedies, and caring for her two 5 lb. critters that hardly ever bark.
